Burleigh Everyday Teapots and Trios

I'm showing more teapots and tea trios I purchased in London in March 2007 while traveling with the Tea in London Tour. these are from the "everyday china" department of Harrod's and are Burleigh, made in England. They were the only "made in England" everyday teapots in the store. Apparently international outsourcing has effected English potteries just like here in the USA. Continue to check back to see more teapots!
The top photo was taken at Chelsea's in Asheville, NC. They use the Cabbage Rose pattern to serve afternoon tea.

Oh, how pretty. Isn't it sad that there is only one company still making teapots in England.

I think they are beautiful! It is sad how outsourcing is the way of the world anymore.
