I am featuring a Crown Dorset Staffordshire teapot in these photos. I found it at a home furnishings consignment store in Lexington, KY in the fall when I took our neighbor, Marie, to tea and an afternoon of shopping. This is a very pretty teapot trimmed in gold made in England. But, did you notice the beautiful cherry table the teapot is sitting on? My dear husband of nearly 38 years, GJ, the hobby woodworker, made it in his first (and only) woodworking class. I found the chairs at the same consignment home furnishings store after searching for months online and in antique shops. The chairs are cherry also and we were thrilled I found 6 of them at a very reasonable price. Don't you just love bargain shopping?

Oh my that is a stunner, love it
What a treasure you have in that handmade table! (The teapot, too!)
Oh, my goodness - that table is just fantastic, as is the tea pot! What an incredible heriloom that table will be - treasured for many, many generations!
If he decides to go for number 2 I am ready :-)
