Tearoom Journaling

Angela over at Tea With Friends blogged today about the adorable teapot tin where she keeps business cards from tearoom visits. I have mentioned before about the journals I have for keeping photos, menus, and personal comments from teas I host and tearoom visits. This is a page out of one of those journals (actually a 3 ring binder) showing how I displayed the menu, business card and a couple of photos from a visit to Miss Daisy's Tea Room in Owensboro, KY.
Angela finds the best tea stuff in Georgia antique malls. If we were in the same antique mall, we would probably knock each other down diving after the same tea collectibles!!

I LOVE the way you have done your tea journal, Linda! And I promise, if you come to Georgia, I will give you, oh, a full 30-second head start if we show up at the antique malls at the same time. (Shoot, I'll even provide you with a list of where to get the best deals!)

Oh, this is really sweet, I like collecting business cards from tea rooms and cafe's I visit as well. They are nice keepsakes. You just gave me an idea on what to do with them. hehehe... One of these days, may I copy your idea and keep a tea journal as well? {I also dream about having my own tea room, perhaps it may never come true, but to keep a journal of ideas would be good start. It's free to dream, right?} Thanks again and have a nice day!
