Welcome to Friendship Tea, a blog about the daily happenings in the life of Linda, a tea enthusiast, who enjoys travel and trip planning, and is passionate about family, friends, life in Kentucky, and all things TEA.
I resisted for a long, long time, but I finally joined the ranks of the gazillions of people who own Crocs. Common sense told me, during a weak moment, they would make great beach shoes, easy to rinse off the sand, etc. The color I chose is "cotton candy pink." The logic in the photo above is that when I am at the beach with my pink Crocs, I am to think about how nicely they go with this pretty pink floral teacup. As result, I will be more likely to wear them. OK, OK, I know that's a stretch, but who knows!?! I'll report back later on the results of how the crazy mind works (or IF it works!) Hmm, if I could just find a matching pink beach bag....
When the world is all at odds And the mind is all at sea Then cease the useless tedium And brew a cup of tea. There is magic in its' fragrance, There is solace in its' taste; And then laden moments vanish Somehow into space. And the world becomes a lovely thing! There's beauty as you'll see; All because you briefly stopped To brew a cup of tea. ~ Source unknown
