Kentucky Artisan Center

The restrooms at the Kentucky Artisan Center at Berea have been named the cleanest and best designed restrooms along the entire I-75 corridor. No joke! Read the details here.
I'm sure the state of Kentucky would rather the Artisan Center be known for all the beautiful Kentucky handmade crafts, Kentucky books, foods and other Kentucky products available in the shop and cafe. Oh well, I suppose it great to be known for both! If you are driving along I-75 stop in Berea for a visit!

And yes, I really did take my camera in the ladies room! A blogger is never without a camera!

Definitely worth a visit - to the Artisan Center, not the restrooms. ;-) I love handmade crafts.

I once took photos of the loos in the Jameos del agua in Lanzarote. I couldn't believe how lovely they were. There was a beautiful glass section with plants in it. They were designed by an architect/politician from Lanzarote, Cesar Manrique. Unfortunately it was before I had a digital camera. Not sure where the pictures went to.

Maybe we should start a blog on loos I have loved!

Winifred, Funny idea! As far as loos I "love", it would be a ver short blog! *LOL* I do, however, have photos of the loo at The Ritz in London.

This post made me chuckle! It reminded me of the day we enjoyed Afternoon Tea at The Ritz in London... everyone ended up in the restroom where there was quite the photo shoot! This isn't the first restroom you've photographed!

ha ha I'm laughing too at the memory of the loos at The Ritz! And you are so right, Linda - a blogger is never without a camera! Your Artisan Center looks really, really nice. We have a small South Carolina Artisan's Center not far from us in a place called Walterboro, SC, but it's very small compared to yours. I love places like this.
