I have many beautiful pieces of china and glassware given to me by my mother and aunts over the years. 
All must be packed away due to the the renovation and extension of our house.
These are just a few beautiful pieces.
So many "treasures" and so many wonderful memories.

Linda, speaking purely as a friend who wants to help you out in your time of need, I am going to head to Kentucky and pack these up and take them away for you. Just for a little while. Really. They'll be back one day. Truly. OK?

It really is the memories these special family treasures bring that make them so wonderful, I think. Enjoy your trips down memory lane while you are packing them up and again when your house is finished and you are unpacking them to enjoy and use again.
Your china and glassware is really lovely. I also treasure the pieces with sentimental value the most.
Oooooooh very lovely dishes, be sure to display them in a special place after the renovation.
