Greentree Tea Room is located in an area of antique shops in historic downtown Lexington, KY. Their menu changes monthly and is always delicious!
The August menu included:
Chilled Cantaloupe Soup
Asiago Scone with Herbed Cream cheese & Greentree Tomato Chutney
Baked Pear with Blue Cheese Entree Salad
Poppy Seed Egg Salad, Jeweled Sweet Pepper & French Radish Sandwiches
Chocolate Truffles
Coconut & Buttermilk Cupcakes
Key Lime Pie
High Mountain Ceylon Tea
The soup is served first, the warm scone is served next and the entree is the third course. The last two coursed of tea sandwiches and desserts is served buffet-style. The tea is served by servers using silver teapots. The service is always friendly and very efficient. We had a lovely afternoon visiting and enjoying tea.

That all looks and sounds wonderful! And like you, I've started carrying my camera with me everywhere as well, so maybe I'll have some more photos to share soon...
Yes, never leave home without the camera. That is a true blogger. That salad looked so good and the presentation of the other plate was beautiful. Sounds like you had a great time.
That looks so good. Our little Tea room is closing. It is up for rent.
Wish I was 20 years younger, I might try it.
