Today I made 100 Cinnamon Scones from a recipe in the Fall 2004 issue of Tea Time Magazine. I put the unbaked scones in the freezer and have 100 more to make. The recipe was declared a winner by GJ, AJ and my friend Patty when I made a trial batch last week. I have kept all the issues of Tea Time Magazine and refer to them often for recipes and tablescape inspiration. Do you have a favorite magazine or publication you keep for reference for tea parties or entertaining ideas?

I don't have magazines, but I do have taste-testing skills just in case you need a 3rd opinion. The cinnamon scone at Starbucks was a major disappointment when I tried it a few years ago.
In a word - YUM!
I have every issue of Tea Time magazine too -- plus the two tea books Hoffman Media published. I love them! Your cinnamon scones look lovely. Maybe I'll give them a try. I'll soon be having an organizational meeting at my house for the church Christmas tea and they might be perfect for that.
You inspire me. I think I will go make myself a cup of tea!!
Oh yes, I'm another who has kept every single issue of Tea Time and love to consult them. I also find myself returning to the book "Tea Time at the Inn" by Gail Greco, which has good recipes and menu ideas.
Hello darling nice to see you at Rose Tea Cottage. I have held on to my Victoria magazines and since receiving Tea Time Magazine I have those saved also.

I bet they made the house smell so good.

Your cinnamon scone looks delicious and what a pretty plate and teacup. I will have to look up that issue (I've saved them all too).
