Fun at Gaylord Palms Resort 2010

We have stayed at the Gaylord Palms on three different trips to Orlando/Kissimmee.  This time we had a balcony on the Atrium with a fabulous view.

We visited the alligators in "Gator Springs."  Double click to see them sunning on the rock in the water behind AJ in the second photo.

At Sunset Sam's seafood restaurant (on the boat) AJ was transformed into a pirate via facepainting and received balloon characters made by the man on stilts.

AJ found lots of free space in the Atrium to practice his newfound skills after Jedi Training at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and free time to play games in the arcade where he became top scorer on the sword game.  Perhaps all that Jedi training helped...

We also enjoyed delicious meals in the other resaurants at the hotel, and I did a little shopping in the shops while the guys were busy with other activities.

A lovely tea experience coming .....

Wow that looks like a wonderful place to stay, love all the greenery. And boy can you tell AJ had fun!

OK, I double clicked on the photo of AJ and then I realized I am looking at two copies of the same photo! (I wouldn't pester you about this, Linda, but I am writing a novel in which alligators figure prominently, so I really do want to see those alligators! Thanks!)

Angela, my photo of the alligators on the rock was not as good as my photos the last 2 years. Look in my index for Florida 2009 and Florida 2008 and you will see better photos. The gators are on loan from Gatorland in Orlando to the Gaylord Palms.
