Vintage Sadler Teapot

While roaming around the Florence (KY) Antique Mall recently, I spotted this pretty pink vintage teapot.  I picked it up and discovered it is a Sadler, made in Staffordshire, England.

Well, anyone who knows me very well, knows that traditional round shaped English-made teapots are my absolute favorite. So, guess what?  This pretty hand-painted vintage Sadler teapot came home with me!

Oh, wish I'd have found that -- I have three matching teapots with that exact same rose design all over! And I agree, Sadler's round English teapots are classics and should NOT be passed up!

What a lovely teapot. I found this blog while looking for a teashop that provides cream teas. I hope to bring my family out for a birthday treat next week.
