More Tea With Santa

I received this fun reindeer teapot in a Christmas gift exchange a few years ago.
It sits on our kitchen table ready for tea time with two jolly Santas.
Harney and Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea is a favorite at this time of the year.

I hope we don't get snow I am still thinking fall. Thinks for showing your cute Santa's to get me back in season.

How enchanting, and right there on your table all through the season.

My teapot this afternoon was an apple-green little metal one, which holds perhaps three cups, and Our Girl's was her usual two-cup little Hammersley Violets pot. I put in a packet of Nestle Instant Cocoa as I put the kettle on, then pour a couple of ounces of the boiling water over the powder.

I give it a good stir to dissolve, then pour in that much cold milk. Her own cup holds perhaps three ounces, and she does her own pour, touching the lid-button with a dainty finger each time, filling her cup halfway.

My tea today was Magnolia Blossom, a new one for me, and a gift from DDIL's travels---I chose it because of the bright vermillion paper of the bag. Pale gold in the cup and quite nice, as is.

Thank you so much for all the tea adventures you share!!

I just thought a moment ago, that I must have said a whole packet of the chocolate mix---a packet does us several days, and if she had a whole one all at once, I don't think she'd ever eat her supper.

That is a fun display! I think Christmas is a great time of year to display whimsical teapots -- and wish I had some more of them!
