I found this fun tea party game recently while shopping at Best Buy.  

After Thanksgiving Dinner Fun

After a delicious Thanksgiving meal at Boone Tavern Hotel, the boys went for a fun romp in the little neighborhood creek.  They had a blast as you can see in the photos. 

It was PJ's first creek experience.  He has so much fun when he comes to visit Grandpa and AJ.

Tea Time With Berea Health Ministry — Twas The Night Before Christmas

 "Twas the Night Before Christmas" was sponsored by Community Trust Bank and hosted by Donna A. 

won the Best of Show Award.

I like the way Donna used assorted Tea of Life™ pyramids and the ribbon from the box to decorate the tree.  Donna is well-known for her excellent homemade candies.  She incorporated a dish of chocolates in her table decorations.

Tea Time With Berea Health Ministry — Connecting the Separated - Madison County's Sister Region Exchange with Japan

 Dinah T. and Vi F. sponsored "Connecting the Separated...." table.

Dinah and Vi returned from our Sister Region visit to Japan on Tuesday before the tea on Saturday. 

Both ladies have made the trip numerous times.  Vi is a member of the Berea City Council and Dinah is a talented artist and owner of a craft shop in Berea. 

This table won for Best Whimsical Design.

Tea Time With Berea Health Ministry — Tea and Pink Roses

 "Tea and Pink Roses" was sponsored and decorated by Barbara S., boardmember of the Berea Health Ministry.  Barbara's table was hosted by Judy G. on the right below.  Barbara recruits volunteers, supervises the kitchen including plating of the food and serving for the fundraiser teas. 

Barbara is a retired elementary teacher and spends many hours volunteering for the BHM Clinic. 

Tea Time With Berea Health Ministry — Tex's Denim and Devotions Tea

 The Berea Citizen, our local weekly newpaper, sponsored this table and it was decorated by Teresa S. 

The table was named for her husband Tex S.  

Hmm... is that her Tex in the center? 

Teresa used the blue and white English Johnson Brothers "Coaching Scenes" patterend china and denim placemats to carry out her western theme. 

This table won as the Most Creative table.

Tea Time With Berea Health Ministry — Menu And Volunteers

Thank you to Barbara for supervising the kitchen.

A very special thank you to:

for food preparation and serving.

Cristina and I prepared the Harney's Queen Catherine Tea in a concentrated form on Friday evening.  We reconstituted it in 6 hot water urns on Saturday, making 500 cups of tea.  

The teapots from the hostesses tables were brought to the kitchen for warming and filling by our volunteers.

 This is the second "End of Summer" table decorated by Dr. Cora Fletcher.  Members of the ladies Pearls Sunday School Class and special friends of the Clinic were seated at this table. 

In the photo above are three of "pearls", Betty, Pat and Gayle and Warren a "pearl husband."

Tea Time With Berea Health Ministry — Tea Time With Cowgirls

 "Tea Time with Cowgirls" was sponsored by Hairmasters Salon and Spa and was decorated and hosted by Nancy W. 

 Last year, Nancy won for "Most Elegant" table.  This year she decorated this fun table and opted out of the table judging.  Nancy provided teapots with fresh flower arrangements for the winning tables.

Update on Linda (part 2)

One week after surgery.

My computer time is limited to about 5 minutes ad day due to shoulder and arm pain.

Thank you for all the kind thoughts and prayers.

GJ took me to the hairdresser for a shampoo this afternoon. 

A girl always feels better with a new 'do.  

Added later:
Yes, I am right-handed.  Recovery would have been a breeze if the surgery was my left shoulder. 
And: 
Blogger provides a pre-post setting, therefore, prior to surgery, I posted all the BHM tea tables to post daily.
