Teacup Tote

This is my favorite teacup tote.
I purchased this tote several years ago  from the former Miss Mable's Tea Room in Dickson, TN
The tag inside says Isabella's Journey™ crafted in China.
The tote is made from a pretty floral quilted fabric.
It unzips along the top.

The inside of the lid is a clear plastic zippered compartment to hold your tea and more.  The spoon came with it.

The teacup nestles in an attached round compartment in the center of the tote.

A romoveable false bottom covers and protects the saucer.
The pretty floral teacup came with the tote and is marked
Miss Mable's Tea Room, Fine Bone China, Staffordshire England.

This is a special memento from our visit to Miss Mable's Tea Room.

I did an internet search and didn't find these totes.  If you know where to find them, plese let me know.

What a great, sturdy little tote. And a tea cup specifically made for the tea room... I've never seen that. What a special and memorable gift. Sorry I miss Miss Mables Tea Room.

Linda, this is a darling little tote! I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to reproduce -- it looks fairly straight forward. When I first saw what you had, I knew I not only wanted one, but that I'd love to try my hand at making one. Would you be willing to give me dimensions, and let me know if there's anything quirky your photos don't show? Thank you! :)

Thanks unique...I have never seen one. I have an antique metal framed teapot travel tote but have never seen one like that. Thanks for sharing. Is it home meade by a tea enthusiast?
And I love the teacups!

What a fabulous tote AND teacup! I had the privilege of going to Miss Mable's while it was still open and wish I'd seen this. The design of the tote is absolutely perfect, and it's great that you have an actual Miss Mable teacup as well! Hope you hear from someone, because I'd LOVE to be able to purchase one of these totes.

I love this little tea cup tote! I would love to make some! A friend recently asked me if anyone made bags she could tote her precious cup in, now I have finally seen one!
Thanks for sharing!

The tea cup and tote is such a sweet way to carry everything around safely. I've seen some at http://www.sweetnecessi-teas.com/

This is a fabulous site with many things to look at and drool about. I've ordered from Karen and had great luck.

Thanks for sharing with us. ♥♫

I love your little tote. I've seen teapot purses at OldFashionedLiving.com in the forum. Some of the members were showing them off. I made a tea tote for a girlfriend out of a decorated gift box once.

That is a very pretty teacup tote and teacup. I wish I'd visited Miss Mable's before it closed.

Pretty cup and interesting tote. I always wonder how many ladies carry their teacups in a tote? I did carry one to Europe, but mostly to photograph the traveling teacup.
