Tea Decor at the Farm House

If you have been reading my blog Kentucky Hospitali-tea, you know we purchased a 150 acre farm in December.
The hubby, GJ, was raised on a farm and has always wanted one.
The house was in bad need of repair.
We have made the necessary repairs, completely gutted and remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms, installed a wood floor on the main floor, new carpet upstairs and in the basement, and much more!
replaced windows and much more!
The farm, yet to be named, will be a weekend retreat.

Finally we started moving in furniture and decorating.
And yes, that includes a little TEA Decor!

We aren't finished yet, but this is a little peek of how it looks today.
By the way, that is a pot of Harney and Sons Mango Black tea brewing for my afternoon iced tea.

Congratulations at last to be moving it. How exciting! Enjoy it! I have always enjoyed settling into a new home and decorating it. Lucky you!

The farm looks great. Your little touches of tea decor are lovely. What a wonderful weekend retreat for your family.

Mango Black tea sounds good. I've just finished a tin of Harney Tower of London.

Well how fun! And I love that you have a new place to decorate with teawares. (Can I send some of my overflow there?)

And wait a minute ... did I just read that you are drinking Mango Black iced tea? I'm sorry, I thought I was still at LJ's blog ... (kidding!).

I won't mention this to my husband, he has always had a dream like this. Very nice and fun to see you adding tea decorations too.
