Tea in the Morning and Afternoon

It has been FIVE weeks with my right arm in a sling.
But, who's counting?  Me, that's who!!

My one-armed morning shortcut tea routine is to brew Harney Queen Catherine loose tea in sachets in my Danish thermal pot.
This way, I can have several cups of tea throughout the morning and use the remaining for iced tea in the afternoon.

Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do
to make it easy on you!

I'm so sorry you're still in a sling! Sending vibes for a very swift healing from hereon in!

Loose tea really is the business and your one-armed routine sounds like a total winner :-)

Never heard of Queen Catherine tea. I have a couple tins of Harney teas...LOVE their Earl Grey. But Queen Catherine is one I've never seen or heard of. Bet it's delish!!

Hope you are fully recovered very soon.

It's amazing how much you use a limb without thinking...until you can't! Glad you were able to adapt your routine with tea...without would be unthinkable! Hope it's no much longer out of commission.
Cheers! Ruth

Sorry to hear you're still "roughing it" for a while, but the great thing about tea lovers is that we can be quite resourceful about making our tea when we have to be!

that's a long time being basically one handed. Hope you get the other out of the sling very soon.

Nice thermos. Also see the same hot water kettle too. Yes, I think you mentioned awhile back that we both had the same kettle. Mine is used so much I think it is looking rather worn out, but still going.
