Teacup Thursday — Royal Albert American Beauty

My newest teacup is a Royal Albert English Bone China American Beauty.
It has a brushed gold scalloped edge and a georgous pink rose pattern.
My research shows this pattern was made from 1941 - 1990.
I love the delicate pink colors of this pattern.
The saucer, below with three roses is as pretty as the teacup.

I am joining Miss Spenser's Blog today for Teacup Thursday.

Hi Linda,
This is my favorite tea cup. When I was about 18 my Dad bought me a Tea pot in Canada (American Beauty) and ever since I have been collecting that pattern. It is hard to find. But I have a cream and sugar and a couple of small dishes and some cups and saucers.

What a gorgeous set! I do believe Royal Albert pieces may be the prettiest ones out there. When they have pink roses on them, even better!

By the way, I am now catching up on blog stuff (finished my *big* writing project and celebrating an anniversary!), and I just now answered your question on my blog about Saturday's sandwich since I was out of town at the time. It was unsalted butter. And yes, it's difficult to find sandwiches that DON'T call for cream cheese, isn't it!
