This package of Digestives have been in my pantry since before Christmas.
If you aren't familiar with Digestives, they are a British biscuit, known as a cookie in the U.S.A.
They are dry and just a little sweet.
Now that all the ooey, gooey and chocolate sweets are gone from the house after the holidays, I broke out the Digestives today to go with my afternoon cup of tea. I feel like I might be having a more healthy tea break today.
I'm still struggling with my old computer and my new camera,
but two cups of tea and a few Digestives have certainly helped my frustrated mood.
I just close my eyes and pretend I'm in England!

Cheerior and a good day to you, ma'am!
I love Digestives too, and my husband recently surprised me by bringing some home! They are perfect after all the rich sweets of Christmas!
What a great way to escape! I've not eaten those cookies before. I need to try them.

A friend and co-worker introduced me to Digestive Biscuits many years ago, and I just love them! I haven't bought any for a while, so it may just be time...
