Cake Bites At Afternoon Tea?

Our daughter, Melissa, gave me this fun recipe book for Christmas.

101 Gourmet Cake Bites is written by her blogging friend, Wendy Paul at www.wendypaulcreations.com
Cake bites, cake balls and cake pops are very popular right now.
In my opinion, there are several recipes for cake bites or balls in this book which could be served at afternoon tea.
Key Lime Pie, Maple Buttercream, Mint Brownie, Egg Nog, and Candy Cane are just a few of the 101 recipes.
Most of the recipes begin with a cake mix.  How easy is that?

Sounds like a great way to serve a small bit of sweets to go with tea! What a nice gift!

Yes, I think these are perfect teatime treats! Or really "anytime" treats. I love "small bites" of anything because they help me keep from overeating!

I agree that these make a lovely tea time treat -- small and an easy finger food...plus you can do so much with them! :)

Cake bites would be fun for a tea party. It is fun to explore new cookbooks and see what can be found for tea parties.
