The "old girlfriends" met in Cincinnati on Saturday for a fun day
of lunch, shopping, more shopping, and dinner.
We attended elementary and high school together,
something you can only do at a small school in a small town.
Since our 50th birthday year, nearly 11 years ago,
we have been getting together at least once a year.
We all have different personalities, different lifestyles, and different interests,
but will be friends forever.

What a treasure to have those long term friendships. I have moved so often I don't have that connection.
