Mary, Lana, Ronda, and I enjoyed lunch tea today at Greentree Tea Room in Lexington.
The menu changes monthly. The April menu included:
Mushroom Soup with Sherry
A White Chocolate Chip Scone
with Blueberry Curd and Fayette Cream
Spanikopita (spinach pie)
The last two courses are served at the round buffet table.
The buffet included (starting at nine o'clock on my plate below)
Egg Salad Sandwich with Sprouts
Mini Corned Beef
Herbed Cream Cheese on a White Bread Round
The tea served was Spring Tea BlendIt was the first time for Ronda and Lana to visit Greentree Tea Room.
We visited, talked, laughed and enjoyed our time together.
