Lynn's Paradise Cafe — Louisville

Do you have a "bucket list"?
I have a list of places I want to g, and things I want to do with the children and grandchildren.
I suppose that counts as a bucket list.
By the way, I liked the movie Bucket List, but in my opinion, my list doesn't include anything wild and crazy or dangerous, as in the movie.
Eating a meal at Lynn's Paradise Cafe in Louisville was on my list.
Today we stopped at LPC in Louisville on the way home from travels.
This restaurant has received extensive local and national media attention including features on TV, newspapers, books and magazines.
One of the many TV appearances included "Throwdown with Bobby Flay", making their famous
Bourbon Ball French Toast.

Described as "wack, eclectic, a bizarre bazaar" by
Southern Living's Off the Eaten Path book.
Lynn's Paradise Cafe is a fun and memorable place.
And, yes, the food is delicious.
AJ had the gravy and biscuits with a boot of speciality coffee.
GJ had a breakfast scramble with a side of fried green tomatoes.
Believe it or not, that is Lynn's biscuit on the right side of his plate below.
I had the "regular" French Toast and a glass of fresh brewed iced tea.

I will share more about our travels in next week's posts.
