Kentucky Hot Brown at The Brown Hotel

One of the items on my "Bucket List" was to
eat an authentic Kentucky Hot Brown at
the Historic Brown Hotel in Louisville
in their lovely English Grill Restaurant.
A description of The Hot Brown from the menu.
I have eaten Hot Browns in various restaurants around the state
but, in my opinion, none of those compare to the Brown Hotel Hot Brown.
The turkey was thickly sliced roasted turkey.
The cheese sauce was scrumptious.

The history of the Hot Brown, developed in the 1920's  and the recipe
are at this link.

The Historic Brown Hotel is a AAA four diamond rated hotel
in downtown Louisville just a short drive from
Churchill Downs, the Fair and Expo Center and the airport.

AJ and Princess KJ (the granddaughter) can
tell their children they ate the "real" Kentucky Hot Brown.
We are making many wonderful memories together!

I visited the Brown for afternoon tea, about 3 years ago. It was lovely!

Oh, I would love to try any Hot Brown, but the authentic version would be wonderful!

Can you clarify? KJ is your granddaughter, and AJ is your son? Correct? Thanks
