The Traveling Teapot is Visiting

I am a member of the Afternoon Tea Across America
Yahoo Group (ATAA).
During the month of September, I am hosting the ATAA Traveling Teapot.
It arrived at our house on Tuesday, September 4th.
You may read about The Traveling Teapot's adventures at
by clicking on the link to The Traveling Teapot Blog on the ride side of my blog page.
The Traveling Teapot travels with its own passport,
as "she" is an international traveler.

My family initiated the plum teapot on Wednesday, its first morning in Kentucky
by making a pot of Elmwood Inn Kentucky Blend Tea.

Then we drove to the Berea Welcome Center
where "she" was presented with a Key to the City of Berea, KY.
Thursday morning we packed up and traveled to N. KY
for a visit with daughter, Melissa, and family.

The purpose of my three-day visit was to help
with the 2nd Savvy Saving Conference.

My friend, Alice, (below) and her daughter attended the conference.
Alice and I shared a pot of tea.

And, of course The Teapot and I enjoyed great fun with PJ, the 7 year old grandson,
during our three-night visit!
Melissa says she is going to plan Conference #3
so I will come back for another extended visit!

What fun to see PJ with his action figures surrounding the little purple teapot.

How fun! The teapot is certainly being treated like the royalty "she" is!
