Camellia Rose Tea Room, Plant City, Florida

I was so happy Mary and I were able to stop
in Plant City, Florida at the
Camellia Rose Tea Room
for afternoon tea/lunch.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this
wonderful tea room a few years ago.
Mary is one of my best tea buddies so it was a great
pleasure to introduce her to my tea friend and owner,
Ellen, and her daughter Stacey.
Our afternoon tea began with a delicious cream of mushroom soup
and pots of tea for each of us.
Stacy brought out the three tier server with..
 delicious Cucumber Sandwiches
 and Curried Chicken Salad Sandwiches,
Cranberry Orange Scones with Devonshire Cream.
 Desserts included:
Swan Cream Puffs
Chocolate Mice
 Brie and Raspberry Puff Pastry
And, a most delicious White Chocolate Bread Pudding!
 Below: Ellen and me.
It was great to visit again.
The Camellia Rose has a fantastic shop with
a large variety of teas, teacups, teapots, and more!
The upscale boutique is filled with treasures and gift items.
Mary and I did a little shopping :-)
Below is a table for blending your own flavored tea.
What a fun idea for all tea lovers!

located in Plant City on your next trip through Florida!

Oh, I need to go there! The menu sounds particularly tempting, and of course a good gift shop visit would be fun too!

I do believe I remember those swans when you visited before. Sounds like a nice tearoom when you want to take friends there and make more than one visit.

When I think Florida, I would never think tea! How wrong have I been? I hope the tea was as yummy as it looks in your wonderful photos!
