Several months ago, Phyllis, The Relevant Tea Leaf Blog, told me
to be sure to visit Niagara-on-the Lake (NOTL) when we visit Niagara Falls.
Thank you, Phyllis!
We thoroughly enjoyed our day in NOTL.

I reserved Afternoon Tea at the historic Prince of Wales Hotel prior to leaving home.
Afternoon tea is served daily in the Victorian Drawing Room from noon to 6:00 p.m.
We arrived for the noon tea.
We arrived for the noon tea.
We were seated in the conseratory looking out on Queen Street.
We all chose the Prince of Wales Tea which included
a delicious selection of fine Canadian Cheeses and fresh fruit.
Next, our server brought the three tiered server.
Sandwiches below included:
a cucumber roll up, egg salad on marbled bread, ham and cheese with chutney on wheat,
and salmon on white.

A large scone made with jasmine infused sultanas
served with butter, strawberry jam, and mock clotted cream
The pastries included a lemon tart, a chocolate dipped cookie and a
layered cake. AJ loved the large fresh black berries.
You can see the conservatory where we had tea at the far left of this photo.
