Wednesday Afternoon in Athens

After a busy morning tour of Athens,
we had lunch on our own
and the afternoon to shop and walk around the Plaka District.
~~
A lamb Gyro for the guys below.

I chose a Greek Salad.
Baklava on a Stick for dessert.

A 45 minute train ride back to the hotel on the coast.

Breakfasts and dinners were included every day
in the EF Tours (Educational Tours) package.
~~
Breakfast included multiple cups of tea for me!
The first hotel provided hot water and Madras Tea tea bags.
This is a Ceylon tea blended and packaged in Sri Lanka.

I like the Greek writing on the back of the tea package!

And the food --- yummy! I know I would have loved the Greek salad. As Rachel Ray would say --- DELISH!

I'm enjoying this series. :D
