Gluten Free Scones

I recently made gluten free Blueberry Scones
I will be the first to tell you they do not taste as good as my homemade cream scones.
However, I have been gluten free since February 15th, and
for a gluten-free treat, they were very good!
They were also very quick and easy to make, just like the package claims.
The drop scones were especially delicious warm from the oven.
I would not hesitate to serve these to my gluten free daughter and friends!
I also have the Original and Meyer Lemon mixes in my pantry.
I'm anxious to try both.
The tea is Harney Mango flavored black tea.
One of my favorite summertime teas!

Thanks for blogging about these, Linda. I have a friend who is gluten free, so I'm glad for the good scone mix recommendation.

Funny, I just made "box mix" scones today that I'm blogging about for tomorrow. And I'm with you that they're not as good as my homemade ones, but hey, for a quick treat I'm not complaining a bit!
