2006 Afternoon Tea at The Cincinnatian Hotel

The Cincinnatian Hotel in downtown Cincinnati,
serves afternoon tea during the holiday season,
December 1 - 30.  Our family enjoyed the tea service in 2006.
The delicious Afternoon Tea  is served in the Cricket Lounge
and was accompanied by a harp music.
From my 2006 notes —
The menu included:
Roast Beef, Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Tea Sandwiches
Christmas Stolen Bread, Banana Bread, Walnut Scones and Currant Scones
Lemon Meringue Tart, Fruit Tart, Date Bar, Magic Cookie Bar, Pecan Sandie Cookie
and Jam Thumbprint Cookie
Unfortunately, I don't have photos of the Scones and Tea Breads Course.
They offered a nice selection of Tea and Herbals to choose from.
Downtown Cincinnati is very festive during the holidays
especially with ice skating at Fountain Square.
The Christmas decorations at The Cincinnatian Hotel were magical!
As you can see from these photos everyone enjoyed this special family day.

PJ was almost 2 years old and AJ was 7 years old.
Wonderful memories of another family Grand Hotel Afternoon Tea!
