A Special Afternoon Tea

 It was my pleasure to host the Berea Community High School
AP Senior English class for afternoon tea today.  
The students who attended will graduate next week.  




Served on three-tier servers, the first course included Tea Sandwiches:
Turkey and Swiss on Croissant
White Cheddar Pimiento Cheese 
Cream Cheese with Orange Marmalade with a Pansy 
Sausage Wrap Rolls
Traditional Cucumber with Fresh Dill
Sweet Potato Biscuit with Country Ham
 The second tier held White Chocolate Chip Raspberry Scones
served with Clotted Cream, Lemon Curd and a Fresh Strawberry
 Mini Desserts were:
Brownie Bite with a Raspberry
Lemon Bar
Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Cream Puff
Mini Cheesecake Tart with Blueberries
And a Strawberry Pastry Delight
I served many pots of Harney and Sons Queen Catherine Tea. 




It was a great event enjoyed by all. 
Thanks to Ms. Flara the teacher for bringing the group. 
There were 20 guests. 

And, a VERY special thanks to my friends Lynn and Patty for helping.
I could not have done it without them!!
