A Family Afternoon at the Biltmore Estate

A must when you visit Asheville is to visit the Biltmore Estate, 
"America's largest home", built by George Vanderbilt in the late 1800's.

The home and gardens are located on 8,000 acres surrounded 
by the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The above photo was taken showing the view from a back veranda.
No photos are allowed in the house. 
Below, we visited the some of the gardens.
