It Takes a TEAM to Host a Tea for 70

 Afternoon Tea at Boone Tavern is a major team effort. 
Remember, this is a busy hotel with breakfast, lunch, and dinner service,
in addition to various scheduled special events.

 Table set-up, and much more! 
I helped with tea brewing and greeting guests,
and wore my hat to tea.  But, had no time for photos. 
And, the staff served over 350 guests on Easter Sunday for lunch.

I wish I had this staff when I serve tea in my home!
