Family Fun At Hilton Head Island

On Sunday, July 6th we drove from TN to our family's favorite beach
vacation venue at the Marriott Grande Ocean Resort on Hilton Head Island, SC.

Peyton, the picky eater in the family, surprised us all
by eating shrimp and hushpuppies at Crazy Crab
and all his breakfast at Skillet's Café.
I took photos to demonstrate his improved eating habits
to his mom, who was back home.
Grandpa knows how to have fun with the kids.
We went on a sunset dolphin cruise with
the best view of the Shelter Cove fireworks.
Sno-cones for all!
And, we found the best gluten free
fried seafood at Roastfish and Cornbread!
These are just a few of our fun activities during our
Hilton Head visit.

More family fun! I love watching fireworks over the water. I'm sure your group had a great time.

I'm so enjoying your Summer adventures! And with three young folks this time---what a trip that must have been.

What a charming little building for a fish restaurant---is it run by an old lady with lots of children as waitstaff and cooks? The shape looks as if it's next to an enormous shoe.

We had to cancel our trip to the coast with 30 of our family, due to Chris' health, and I love looking in at yours.

Wish I were one of your grandkids! (But I'm also quite happy just being one of your friends!)

What fun things to eat, but I think my favorite choice would be snocones all the way along.
