Vintage Minton Teacup Trio

My most recently purchased teacup trio is tops on
my list of favorites.  It is an English Bone China Minton Marlow.
I love the shape of the teacup. It is more wide than most of
the teacups in my collection.
Is it a teacup or a coffee cup?
Do any of the antique and teawares experts
who read this blog know?

What a gorgeous set! I can see why this is tops with you -- Minton is on my "wish list" of pieces I'd like to own, so I'm impressed you found a whole Minton TRIO in just your style! And I'll be eager to see if someone can tell you whether the cup is for tea or coffee -- though I have no doubt what you'll be sipping! ;)

I would be curious too. I have a couple wide what I think are teacups, but now wondering.

I don't know the answer but I'd use it for tea! Gorgeous trio.
