Fall Travels and Tea

Our local school takes a one-week fall break each year, a perfect time to travel.  Several readers have followed our travels throughout the years of my blogging. We returned home Friday night from a fun time in CA, NV, and AZ.  A little business for Glenn, mixed with a bunch of fun for the family.

We flew from Cincinnati (CVG) to Los Angeles (LAX) on Saturday, 9/27.
A little trivia:
Did you know the Greater Cincinnati Airport is actually in northern Kentucky?

Fortunately for us tag-a-longs (Austin and I), this meeting was held at the beautiful Resort at Pelican Hills on the California coast, south of L.A.
The weather was fabulous while we were there.  As soon as the meetings adjourned each day, we hit the road sightseeing.
Austin and I enjoyed breakfast by the pool.  My morning cup of tea was a "full leaf sachet" of Organic Breakfast Estate Black Tea by Tealeaves, Infusion of Luxury.

Can you see the Pacific Ocean in the background?
Above: the world's largest circular pool.
The view from our room was across the golf course and down the hill to the Pacific.
