Reuben Rolls - A St. Patrick's Day Tea Sandwich

Photo by Taste of Home Magazine

I found a recipe for Reuben Rolls from Taste of Home.
I haven't made them, but thought they would be a good St.Patrick's tea sandwich.

• 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
• 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
• 5 flour tortillas (10 inches), room temperature
• 7 packages (2 ounces each) thinly sliced deli corned beef
• 15 thin slices Swiss cheese
• 1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
Makes 48 Servings
• Prep: 30 min. + chilling
This is a repeat from my blog post on March 2, 2011.
It has been  receiving the most hits on my blog this month.
Tea friend, Mary Jane, suggested using green tortillas.

I think these are wonderful. I was collecting some recipes for my folder and will certainly add this one! Thanks.

Well now, this is simply brilliant! The only thing I could think of for a St. Patrick's Day sandwich was something green (cucumber) and/or shamrock-shaped, but this is perfect AND would add variety to the sandwich offerings. I may just need to have a St. Patrick's Day Tea next year!
