Spring Break 2015 - Swiss Macarons

Before departing Lucerne, I purchased Luxemburgerli Swiss macarons
at Bachmann Bakery.
These are small macarons, and were
the most delicious I have ever tasted!
I didn't buy the chocolate, but I bought 3 each
of all the flavors available.  I shared them on the bus.
Some of the students from KY, NY, and PA were willing to try one,
and some were not.  The deal was - I'll share my delicious
macarons with you, if you'll allow me to post your photo
on my blog.

Austin (below) was the first.

Some were a little more sceptical...
 and others were more cooperative.
But they all declared the macarons to be delicious!

Love that giant macaron sculpture/statue, and aren't you a generous soul! (Yes, but then I already knew that.) Not surprised at all that Austin and Glenn would sample them, as you have trained them well …

I really like colorful macaroons! They always look so festive and are so sweet and delicious too.
Such a cute macaroon statue outside of the bakery.

What a delicious treat - and you introduced it to many people who otherwise would not have known what macarons are!
