Day 4 - New York

After breakfast on Saturday morning, July 11th, we took a narrated
hop-on/hop-off Gray Line double-deck bus tour.  Peyton took a bunch of photos.
I enjoyed his reaction to the hustle and bustle of the city.
We planned our final "hop-off" to be Central Park to take a carriage ride.

One of the items on Peyton's NYC list was to eat New York Pizza.
Before the carriage ride, we all found a variety of menu items at the
Todd English Food Court in the lower level of The Plaza Hotel.

Central Park was very busy on Saturday afternoon with a special event.
Cisco, the horse, enjoyed his carrot treat after our ride,
and he posed with Austin for a selfie.
We walked to Times Square from Central Park south,
stopping to visit St. Patrick's Cathedral
and the Lego Store in Rockefeller Center.
After a little rest, we had dinner at Sardi's.
and went to the fabulous Disney Aladdin.
We all voted this our favorite show on this trip.
It is very entertaining for all ages with music, dance and comedy.

I love those "Hop On, Hop Off" bus tours. Such a great way to see things and not have to fight traffic in the process. And oh, Aladdin! I saw some of the cast perform on tv, they were amazing. How great that you all got to enjoy this show on Broadway. You've made wonderful memories for the boys and for yourself, too!
