Irish Pub Fish and Chips

Our favorite pub in Adare was Sean Collins and Sons Bar
We ate dinner (or supper) here on Saturday and Monday nights.
Watching the World Rugby Cup on TV
Below: Vegetable Soup and Irish Brown Bread
The vegetables in Irish vegetable soup are pureed.
Gluten Free fish and chips with mushy peas.
I was so excited to find GF fried fish that we returned for a second time.
Glenn ate Irish Stew the first night and I don't remember what he had the
second visit.  I was too busy savoring my GF fish and chips!
Every table was full on Monday night for the Irish music.
Many had mad advance reservations.  The service and menu were great!

Every moment of a long trip---lines and waiting and check-ins---that's all worth it for just one evening of that glorious, toe-tapping, tear-bringing music.
