My Christmas "Tea Village"

I've been collecting Christmas village tea shops/tea rooms for several years.
I have 14 different tea shops of various brands.
Over the years we've moved it from the narrow Shaker table in the living room
to the two tier Danish table in the tea room, and this year, Glenn set up an 8-foot table
for the village.  His reasoning for setting up the table is so that we didn't have to
move the many tea cups, teapots and more as we did during previous years.

Glenn and Austin added the musical train to the village a couple of years ago.
This year they added my miniature collectible Twinings and Whittard Tea delivery trucks.
The village lights and train with music turn on via flipping two switches.

Below is the Danish table
and the Shaker table which the tea village "out grew."
You can see why Glenn didn't want to move "stuff"
to put up the Christmas Village this year.

Special Note:
Thank you to everyone for the "Get Well" wishes.
I am feeling much better.

I love your tea village set-up. I don't think I'm going to get mine out this year.

This is so darling. My hubby has a lot of these buildings (but not tea ones) and plans to set up is American Flyer in our retirement home (we are still working on that) in Missouri next year. Your Village really adds to the Christmas Celebration.

What a beautiful village! I love that they are all tea rooms! And your Shaker table is so appropriate for your family. Just lovely.

Oh my, all of that reminds me of what I once had. Not nearly as many buildings but I had the skating pond and several of Dickens Village. But, no room for it in my apartment.

The village is adorable, and I certainly understand not moving the other beautiful pieces, but giving it a table of its own!

I love your big table with the village set up that way. The little new additions of the trucks is extra special. The train makes a nice center piece too. What a fun village. The Shaker table is gorgeous too.

I always love seeing your Christmas Tea Village! And kudos to Glenn for setting up the new display area -- sounds like a wise decision!

You have a wonderful collection and I love the way you display it. I would like to have a lighted tea house and will be on the lookout from now on.
