Full Irish Country Breakfast

We looked forward to the Full Irish Breakfast for months before travelling.
It's very similar to the Full English and Full Scottish breakfasts. 
The menu below was on a table in the entrance foyer with slips of paper
and a pen.  The guests at Adare Country House were asked to write your
name, your choice of breakfast from the menu and the time you wanted
breakfast served to you in the dining room 8:00 - 9:30 a.m.
You left your menu requests each night.
Our breakfast choice was for the Full Irish Breakfast all four mornings.
Two of those were gluten free (Austin and me) and Glenn added Porridge a couple of mornings
when he learned that Porridge is oatmeal.  
 
The guests ate at various times 8 - 9:30.  On the first morning
in the photo below, we sat at the corner table for four at 9:00 a.m.
We were still dragging a bit due to overnight travel and the time change. 
 
Austin and I shared a pot of Irish Breakfast Tea every morning. 
 
In addition to the cooked breakfast, there were a variety of
cereals, yogurt, fruit, juices and coffee to choose from 

The dishware was marked "White Diamond Toughline, Tara Hall, Galway, Ireland.
White Diamond is a subsidiary of Royal Tara, and the
Toughline is "Hotel Porcelain."  
The full Irish breakfast prepared by Eileen was a very pleasant
way to begin our daily adventures. 
 
Porridge:  made from Pinhead Oatmeal, soaked in water overnight
and cooked in the morning.  Eileen offered honey with her porridge.
 
Full Irish Breakfast: 2 Rashers of Irish bacon, 2 Irish sausage links, one large egg,
usually served with a grilled tomato half, fried black pudding, white pudding and mushroom slices.
This is often served with Irish Soda Bread.
