Our breakfast was at the same table as diner the night before.
The tablescape was set for an Irish Breakfast.
Guests could order anything from the menu and/or go through the buffet.
Glenn began his breakfast with porridge (oatmeal at home).
The porridge was served with local honey and fruit.
The buffet was filled with a variety of yogurt, salmon, cheeses,
fruit, dry cereal, granola, juice and more!
The bread basket on the buffet included a variety of breads and fruit scones.
I ordered the Irish Country Breakfast and Gluten Free toast.
Everything they served was grown and produced in Ireland.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Gregans Castle Hotel.
The hotel is known for their gardens,
this place is truly an "oasis in the Burren."
