Reuben Rolls - A St. Patrick's Day Tea Sandwich

Photo from:  Taste of Home Magazine

This is a repeat post of a recipe for Reuben Rolls from Taste of Home.
These sound perfect for a St.Patrick's tea sandwich.

• 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
• 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
• 5 flour tortillas (10 inches), room temperature
• 7 packages (2 ounces each) thinly sliced deli corned beef
• 15 thin slices Swiss cheese
• 1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
Makes 48 Servings
• Prep: 30 min. + chilling
I originally posted this on March 2, 2011.
This post/recipe receives the most hits on my blog during this time of year.
Tea friend, Mary Jane, suggested using green tortillas, isn't that a great idea?

those little rollup sandwiches are cute. I am not a big fan of reubens but I know a lot of people who are. So, it would be something I would serve to my 'girl's night together'. Thanks for the idea, Linda.

So pretty - would be a lovely addition to a tea tray. I'm making mini Reubens for tea tomorrow.

Oh, these look delicious, Linda, and pretty too. I love corned beef. Wouldn't green tortillas look snazzy for this time of year! Thanks for sharing.
