Bargain Shelley Teacup

I had to make an unexpected trip to Lexington Monday morning.
After my errand was completed, I stopped by a consignment shop
where I have purchased a wide variety of items over the past several years.
They rarely have English teacups for sale. I think I found one a few years ago.
I was surprised to see this Shelley English Bone China Blue Rock Cup and saucer
on a shelf among a variety of cups and saucers, none of which were appealing to me.
I was very curious as to what the price might be.
I have two others I paid a lot more than $5.00 for.
I snatched this bargain up, paid, and quickly headed home!
What fun!

Linda, what a find! I love that pattern and the shape of the cup. Isn't tea and all things related to it wonderful! (I have a couple of teatime giveaways coming up on my blog, just so you know!)
