My mother had Alzheimer's , It still hurts to thank how sad
our journey was for 10 year.

I have been watching a popular series that was (is?) on tv for years - and we're at the part where Alzheimers is a very strong topic. I am learning more each day.

No one in my family lives very long so we don't have ALZ that I know of - but I know SO MANY who have been affected by this long, horrible disease.

I am so sorry you went through it. Saying a prayer for your dear mother's soul - and will share the awareness month at our choir prayer time. Hugs.

Sorry for the loss of your mother to Alzheimer's. My mom has it now and it has been a rough journey.

Such an awful disease. I do pray they find a cure.

What a lovely remembrance of your mother and a perfect way to raise awareness about Alzheimer's. (I have a friend who is tending to both a mother and father who have it at the same time. I so feel for her!)

I wear purple fairly often, so I will think about your mother and others who suffer from Alzheimer's when I do.
