Prom Weekend

It's a masquerade ball. 

After-Prom Breakfast provided by junior class parents: 

Linda's Breakfast Casserole Recipe
6 cups cubed bread, crusts removed (I used gluten free Trader Joe Bread)
1 pound sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained of fat (or 2 cups cubed ham)
1 1/2 cups Colby-jack cheese, shredded
8 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups milk
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

The night before: Layer bread cubes sausage, and grated cheese in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard and pout over the ingredients in the baking dish.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, remove from refrigerator and let sit 30 minutes.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Lets sit for 5 minutes, then serve.

I also made a casserole using frozen hash browns (thawed)  as the base instead of bread.
