Afternoon Tea for Seventy-Five

It takes a team to serve afternoon tea to seventy-five guests at the same seating time.
The savories/sandwiches are served plated. 
Scones and desserts are served on the three-tiered servers

from a few of the new servers.  Aaron and I conducted a training the day before.
These gals were a bit nervous. 
I told them to think of it as playing tea party like they
did when they were little girls. They enjoyed the event and had fun!  
 The "sold-out" information on the website.
The event was held in the main dining room of Historic Boone Tavern Hotel.

Linda, You do so many things well! I am in awe! Plus it blesses so many. I've never before attended the tea at Boone Tavern though I've enjoyed meals there many times. My dad actually trained there under Hougen years ago so the place has special meaning for me. Here's to more Christmas teas in future! Thank you so much!
