Royal Teas, a New Book

A new book for my Tea Library:

With over 70 full color illustrations,
Royal Teas is a collection of recipes
by Mark Flanagan, Royal Chef to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
and Kathryn Cuthbertson, Royal Pastry Chef to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
and produced by permission of The Queen.
The book chapters are divided  into the four seasons, Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
