Gluten Free Lunch in Asheville

We began our journey on Monday morning, June 19th.
The drive to Asheville is about four hours when you don't
take into account long delays due to interstate highway construction.
As result, we scrapped our original early lunch plans in downtown Asheville,
and stopped at the Well-Bred Bakery and Cafe in the Biltmore Village.
Anyone who previously visited Chelsea's Tea Room before it closed
a few years ago, will recognize this as the same location.
They have a good selection of gluten free and vegan items on their menu
in addition to the "regular" items.
Austin's crustless quiche and kale salad below.
And, so many delicious and amazing gluten free and gluten filled desserts.
Please Note:
For gluten free travelers, I highly recommend the
phone app, Find Me Gluten Free.
Asheville is by far the best city I have found for
delicious gluten free food opportunities.
