June Tea Cart

One of my tea carts is decorated for the month of June with
trios of Duchess English Bone China.  The pattern is June Bouquet.

I purchased these four trios at a china shop in Stratford-upon-Avon in 2002,
and carried them home in a small roll-aboard bag I bought in a luggage shop nearby.
I used a vintage Sadler teapot and an Ansley small open sugar bowl
and milk jug to complete my tea set.
Below is a photo of Austin, Glenn and me having tea in a
Stratford tea room near the china shop.
The photo above is in a framed collage of 2003 and 2004
photos of teas in England.  It hangs above this tea cart.

Lovely choice of china for your June tea cart, and perfect for a June Bridal Tea. Loved the framed collage of tea room memories. That sweet little boy is now a handsome 19-year-old tea lover, thanks to you!

That is so pretty. You were really brave carrying that on a plane it must have been well packed!

Love your cake stand too. Although I'm not a tea drinker (very weird being English) I love to go for afternoon tea with lovely sandwiches & gorgeous cakes on a beautiful cake stand. So many cafes do that now it's great. My daughter loves tea & they always swap my tea for coffee!

Your tea cart looks lovely! You obviously packed the china well and carried it carefully - what wonderful souvenirs of your trip. Having the framed photo collage above the tea cart is the perfect touch. Happy memories!
