Departing Victoria via Kenmore Air

Oh boy!  Now the adventure begins!
We traveled back to the port in Seattle via Kenmore Air.

Glenn was up front with the pilot. I counted nine passengers.
Apparently all of them had traveled by sea plan before.
I was a bit nervous at this time.

The flight back to Seattle was 45 minutes compared to the 3-hour boat trip.
Take-off, the flight and landing were extremely smooth,
and enjoyable once we were in the air.

Apparently we landed on a lake in Seattle.
Notice where the luggage is stored.  Our bags have the green straps.
From Seattle we took a long taxi ride to Woodinville, WA
where Glenn attended a 2-day meeting.

That flight was certainly a timesaver, but I would have been a bit nervous, too. :-)

What a fun flight. I would have loved it.

Never been on a seaplane, but considering that I kind of like turbulence on airplanes and like the very scariest roller coasters, I would probably do okay with this. :)
